Raffle to benefit the Sy Howard Legislative Fund The North Atlantic Region of CFA is conducting a raffle to benefit the Legislative Fund. Absolutely EVERY dollar of the tickets that were purchased were put into the fund. The region absorbed the cost of printing the tickets, mailing the tickets to the participants, shipping the prizes to the winners, and any other costs that were involved.
